When a user no longer needs to have access to the Nobi application, you can inactivate this user = archiving a user.
- Go to “Users” in the Nobi menu.
- In the users list you see at the back of each user a little icon of an archiving box.
- Click on this button to archive the user in question.
- Nobi asks if you are sure: click “yes”.
- The user is now archived.
- If necessary you can reactivate a user by clicking on the green archiving box icon at the back of the user.
