If an escalation procedure needs to be removed entirely, there is just one way to do this correctly = using the “Erase configuration” button.
- Go to the Nobi menu in the application.
- Click on the compartment where you want to delete the escalation procedure from (site, department or housing unit).
- Department: choose the department where you want to delete the procedure.
- Click at the back of the department on the “Edit” button.
- Click on “Escalation procedure”.
- Scroll down in this screen until you see the active escalation procedure.
- Here you see the “Erase configuration” button underneath the escalation procedure.
- Click on this button to delete the whole escalation procedure.
- If this was the only active escalation procedure for the entire application, erasing the whole procedure makes the message in red reappear in the dashboard of all the residents.
- Note: if you remove all channels one by one using the dustbin, you still need to push the “Erase configuration” button. Once the button is no longer visible, the escalation procedure is erased/completely empty.
- Note: deleting just a channel/contact is done by using the dustbin at the back of the channel.
