After giving "first aid" to your resident, you open the Nobi application and the resident dashboard:
- The resident’s name is marked in RED and there is a red icon in the right corner to indicate the Fall.
- Click on the resident.
- On your screen at the right side you now see a big red escalation button.
- Click on this button to close the escalation.
- The screen you are directed to is part of the escalation overview.
- Click here on the “Close escalation” button.
- Double check screen: close or keep open: choose “Close”.
- In the following screens you can answer 3 questions which can give additional information/explanation to the fall.
- You can skip the questions and answer them at a more convenient time.
- A 4th question is presented only when additional escalation causes have been configured in advance.
- Now the escalation is marked as closed successfully.
