Resident : Temporarily or Permanently Absent : How to manage in the Nobi App ?

Anne Heyrman Anne Heyrman

If a resident is temporarily or permanently absent (in hospital, on vacation, moving out, deceased…) you can detach the resident from the housing unit. You can change the status of the resident into “inactive” = archived. The resident is no longer visible in the residents dashboard.

How to change the status of a resident into “archived”?
• Go to the Nobi menu by clicking on the 3 stripes in the application.
• Click on the compartment “Residents”.
• Chose the resident you want to archive.
• Click on the red “bin” at the back of this resident.
• “Are you sure?” Click “Yes”.
• The resident is now archived, accessible to change the status back into active when needed.
• The resident is not visible anymore in the overview of active residents, nor in the dashboard.

• The resident is now put back in the overview with all the other active residents.
• Cave: the resident is not yet attached to a housing unit = not safeguarded by the Nobi lamp.
• Click on the “Edit” button of the resident in order to fix this.
• In the resident’s basic information you open the dropdown with available housing units.
• Click on the housing unit you want the resident to be in.
• Click on the “Save” button.
• The resident is now visible in the residents dashboard.
