To create an escalation procedure in a family-account, click on Configuration and then on Users.
In the list of added users (see the article 'How to Add a User in a Family-Account'), you can rearrange the users by clicking on the dots to the left of the user and dragging the user up or down.
The order of these users determines who will be contacted first in the event of a fall. Users can add their phone numbers to their profiles so they can receive a call and an SMS notification when a fall occurs and when the fall is cleared.
