We added a new channel for escalations.  Previously it was only possible to escalate through:

  • E-mail
  • Phone (both mobile as well as landline)
  • A Nurse call system

We added App notification as an additional channel.

This means it is now possible to add this based on a user-level:

 

When selecting App Notification, you will be prompted to link this to a user.

 

After adding a user, their name will appear in the App Notification section.

In the column Active devices you can see the number of devices where the user has logged in and accepted notifications.  It is the user themselves who needs to allow notifications on their device (smartphone/tablet).  When the user logs out on the device, you will see the number go down since no notifications will be sent.


When an external nurse call system is linked, App notifications and emails will still be sent out.  Phone numbers will only be called if Nobi is unsuccessful in delivering the escalation to the partner integration.  Additionally, we will now display a warning.
