Create different types of monitoring events. This to be alerted when fall sensitive behavior is detected by a certain resident by configuring monitoring events for a specific department.

10 min task

What

Monitoring events escalate certain events (sitting at the side of bed, in the bathroom, ....) linked to a resident. This event can be shown on the dashboard (passive) or via a notification on mobile (active). These monitoring events are set on 3 levels: complete site, a department, a specific resident. Configurations can be set on different levels at the same time.

Why

Certain residents have a higher fall risk than others. Although the NOBI lamps escalate a fall quickly, it is in all cases better to prevent a fall. If after analyzing, it becomes clear that a certain (type of) resident mostly falls when trying to get out of bed, an event can be configured to send a notification when the resident is setting at the side of bed.

Detailed steps

Resident X has a high fall risk.
If this person sits longer than 30 minutes on the side of the bed during night time, there is a very high risk this person may fall. A notification on mobile is required for this specific resident to avoid falling
