What

The dashboard gives you a complete overview of all residents in your care home. The Priority View highlights those needing immediate attention, while the Out of Bed view shows only residents currently out of bed. Private Mode hides resident names for added privacy.

For resident-specific data, simply click on a resident to check if they need help, see the live view, consult a sleep report summary, and access the latest parameters from peripherals.

Why

The dashboard gives you a quick overview of all residents that are currently living in your care home. Nobi will clearly indicate which residents need assistance ensuring nothing is overlooked and residents are helped in time.

Dashboard overall

This is what the dashboard looks like. In the general dashboard view, you will see the residents in their housing units. Depending on the types of housing units, it will look a bit differently. In the example below, John Smith and Raymond Lewis live in single person units. Jack Patterson and Fred Willson share a double person unit, flat 11. Louisa Davidsons and John Hartmann live in a Jack and Jill unit (101 A and 101 B respectively). Their two bedrooms share one bathroom. Go to Jack and Jill for more information about this type of housing unit.

In this dashboard you will be able to:

  1. Choose which department you want to view using the dropdown menu in the top left corner.
  2. Click on any resident to see their individual views.
  3. Choose out of 3 dashboard views to view only specific data.

Dashboard views

There are 3 different dashboard views available for different purposes. You can combine these views or just choose them individually.

1. Out of bed view: Nobi will only display the residents that are currently out of bed.

2. Priority view: Nobi will show only you the actionable residents, that is:

  • Residents with an open escalation
  • Residents with an active monitoring event
  • Residents with lights with a technical alert

3. Private mode: Lets you view the dashboard in an anonymised way. Any resident names or profile pictures are hidden. You can combine the private mode with any of the other views.

Resident view

Clicking on the resident will allow you to view resident specific info such as:

  1. If immediate attention is required
  2. The live view
  3. A summary of the sleep report
  4. Parameters of peripherals linked to this resident
