Nobi’s fall incident video analysis is part of our comprehensive fall prevention tools, designed to enhance resident safety.

What

Nobi provides a 60-second video of fall incidents, showing 30 seconds before and 30 seconds after the fall. The video becomes available upon 45 minutes after the fall and can be accessed for 14 days via the Nobi app, after which it is automatically deleted.

What you will see depends on the resident’s privacy settings:

• No image: No video will be available.
• Image with abstract view of resident (anonymised): You’ll see a video of the resident as a stick figure on a still background (the last empty room view).
• Actual image: You’ll see the real video of the fall, offering the most detail to help prevent future falls.

Why

This feature provides critical insights into the cause of falls, enabling caregivers to take proactive measures to reduce future incidents and improve overall safety.

Consulting the escalation video

You can consult the escalation video by following these simple steps:

1. In the left menu, go to escalations
2. Choose the escalation you want to consult and click show
3. Next, click analyse 
4. Here you will land on the page with the images. To view the video, click video.

You can now play the video of the escalation.
