How to snooze an escalation?

Sometimes you receive an escalation for a fall, which turns out to be unjustified. This is called a false positive fall.

You have then several options, one of witch is snoozing the escalation of the fall temporarily. 

When it is a Nobi lamp in the living room or bedroom we advise you to look at the images and try to find out what caused it. If possible, based on the images, you can make a small change in the living- or bedroom setup so the lamp will no longer interpret  this situation as a fall unjustified.

When altering the configuration  in the room is not possible, you can "snooze" the escalations for a certain period of time.  During the time the escalation is snoozed, nobi will not send any (new) escalations. 

  • Click on the left hand side in the navigation bar on "Escalations"
  • Search for the not yet closed escalation on the right hand side
  • You can narrow your search by using the filters presented on the left (all causes, residents, departments)
  • Once found, click at the back on the button "Show".

  • Click on "snooze escalation"
  • Choose how long you want to snooze
  • The escalation itself will be closed automatically
  • During the snoozing period , nobi will not create any new escalations for this resident

  • After choosing the period of time,  click on "back"  : in the previous screen the snoozing period is indicated. 
  • It is also visible in resident info (dashboard)
