Click on general and then on organization
Next, click on new organization the upper-right corner
Fill in the information
- Name
- Type
- call_center - Used for a call center, in other words, when you want a view of various individual end-users on your dashboard
- service_flat
- care_home - used for residential and healthcare centers
- Street
- Zipcode
- Town
- Country
- Time zone
Click on create organization
You will receive confirmation that the new organization has been created
- Name - This is the name you have chosen for the organization
- Created at - Date when the organization was created
- Updated at - Date when the last modification was made to the organization
- Time zone - Time zone where the organization is located
- Escalation Config - Whether an escalation procedure has been configured
- Zendesk - Whether there is at least 1 user who already has an account in Zendesk - the users are automatically created by using the button in the application.
The new created organization will now appear in the list. Click on General and then on Organizations to consult it
