The technical alerts:  Different types: 

The battery of a peripheral device is almost empty:

When the battery is running low of e.g. the smart scale, Nobi sends a warning for it.

 

Nobi cannot connect to the lamp:

Nobi cannot connect to a Nobi(ta) in the housing unit. Make sure that the electricity has not been cut or check if the internet is down.

 

The connection with one or more peripherals is lost:

Nobi can connect e.g. with a smart scale. If this connection is lost, Nobi sends a warning. 

 

Nobi can not connect with the housing unit:

Within each housing unit there is one Nobi lamp "primary". in general  this is the first Nobi lamp that went online for this living unit (preferably the room where the bed is in).  When the online application cannot connect with the primary Nobi lamp, a warning is send for the lost connection with the housing unit. 

 

Fall detection is currently not active due to a technical malfunction or misconfiguration

Malfunction may be due to a problem with the optical sensor, please contact support when this alert arises.

 

Connection with the nurse call system is lost:

Escalations after a fall can be received on nurse call systems of certain partners.  When the connection between Nobi and a nurse call system is lost, Nobi sends a warning for this problem.

 

The connection with the integration is broken:

The connection between Nobi and an integration is down. This connection is between the Nobi cloud and the cloud of the integration. Make sure that the integration configuration is done correctly in the integrations menu.

 

Connection of Nobi(ta) to primary Nobi is lost:

A Nobi(ta) other than the primary Nobi has lost its connection to the primary Nobi. Make sure there is no firewall blocking access of this lamp to the primary Nobi.

 

How to configure technical alerts ?

  • Log on to the Nobi application.
  • Click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top of the screen.
  • The Nobi menu appears at the left hand side, click here on “Site”.
  • Choose at the top "Warnings".

  • You now see an overview of all the users and the technical alert types that are active for them.
  • Has a user all types of technical alerts activated for him, you only "All" indicated in the overview. 
  • Default all available technical alerts are inactive for every new user.

Activate/deactivate technical alert types per user:

  • Click on "Edit" at the back of the user line. (see in the printscreen above) 
  • You see an overview of all available warnings/technical alerts that are activated or deactivated for this user.
  • You can activate or deactivate the warnings here by checking/unchecking the boxes, click on "Save" when ready.
  • From then on the user will receive a notification on his smartphone and/or in his mailbox. (Depending on what contact information is found in the users data.)

Technical alerts: the overview:

  • Go to the Nobi menu click on "Technical alerts".
  • Default an overview of all the open (ongoing) technical alerts is presented.
  • You can filter: open/closed alerts or all alert types/a specific alert type.
  • At the back of each alert is a "Show" button for more detailed information for this alert.
  • Click on "Close" to return to the overview.
