How to Activate a Resident?

• Click on the three horizontal stripes next to the name of your organization
• On the left hand side the navigation bar appears - click on "Residents"

• You get an overview of all your active residents in every ward
• Use the filter at the top "archived"
• At the top right of the screen you click on the little green "bin"  button

• Click yes in the pop up screen to confirm.

• Your resident is now "active" again. 
• You can go to the privacy settings to check if they are still up to date with what had been agreed with the resident/family and your organization.

• Standard settings for every  resident: 

         - “timeline” is turned off

         - “sent images" in case of a fall or panic button use : "no images"

• Options for Timeline:

          - Timeline off = there is no timeline available, no actual images to consult

          - Timeline on:  a timeline is available, images can be consulted, detected persons will be shown as                abstract stickpersons.

• Options for "sent images" in case of a fall or panic button use:

         - show nothing: no images are saved in case of a fall, they can not be consulted afterwards.                           Attention: this has no impact on the escalation of a fall itself. the process remains the same, you                 only will not be able to see images of the fall.

         - sent images: with 2 options: abstract view = only a stickman is shown, not the real resident or real              view = view of the resident in person.
