Different types of peripherals

Peripherals are used in combination with the Nobi lamp.

Below is a summary of which peripherals are available, what they do and where they are used.

Nuki smart lock

The Nuki smart lock replaces the door's existing cylinder. The lock can be operated via the Nobi app in case of a fall.
This is applied to an outside door to ensure that there is access for the rescuer.

The scale

When weighing the person, the scale will pass on this data to the Nobi Lamp. The Nobi lamp will read the received values out loud.
This device can be used when the resident is no longer able to read the scale himself.

The measured values are also displayed in the dashboard and can be consulted in a graph.

Blood pressure monitor

The blood pressure monitor will pass on this data to the Nobi Lamp when measuring the person. The Nobi lamp will read aloud the received values.
This device can be used when the resident is no longer able to read the blood pressure monitor himself.

The measured values are also displayed in the dashboard and can be consulted in a graph.

Thermometer

This device can be used when the resident is no longer able to read the thermometer himself.

The measured values are also displayed in the dashboard and can be consulted in a graph.

Nobi Switch

The Nobi switch will ensure that we can operate the Nobi lamp with the existing switch. After all, the nobi lamp needs constant current to work.
The Nobi switch is wireless and does not require power, because it contains a battery.

Therefore, never connect any form of power to the switch.

The status of the battery is displayed in the app and when it is almost empty the appropriate person will be notified:

Due to the small dimensions, it is often installed in places where there is little space behind the switch.
It is also used if there is no fixed current behind the switch.

The Shelly Relay

The Shelly relay is a relay with which we will switch extra devices in combination with the Nobi lamp.
With these relays we can ensure that, for example, an extra lamp in the room switches on and off together with the Nobi.
Here we can also set it to turn on with the night lighting of the Nobi, for example.
This relay is used in most cases where two lamps in the same room are operated by 1 switch. This is because since the Nobi needs constant current, the second lamp would remain on constantly.

Panic button

The panic button will request help via the Nobi lamp in case of emergency.

So without a fall but in an emergency we can also call for help.

This can be used as a bracelet or can be worn on the chest by means of the necklace.
The panic button is completely waterproof and can therefore also be worn in the bath or shower.
The panic button works on a rechargeable battery.
The appropriate person also receives a notification when it is almost empty.

Wall switch

The Nobi switch ensures that we can operate the Nobi lamp with the existing switch. After all, the Nobi lamp needs a constant current to work.
The wall switch is used if there is constant current and sufficient space behind the existing switch.
The advantage over the Nobi switch is that it uses the power grid and therefore requires no maintenance.
