If you can’t see a live (abstract) view of a resident’s room, there are a few possible reasons:
- The resident’s privacy settings may prevent you from viewing it.
- Shared or Jack and Jill rooms default to the most restrictive privacy settings. If one resident in a shared room has limited privacy settings, the live view may be unavailable.
- Common areas are excluded from live view to protect everyone's privacy. You can read more about room types here.
- Nobita lights do not support live view.
- If a resident is in bed or not in the room, the live view is automatically disabled for privacy.
Any adjustment to privacy settings must only be made after obtaining the resident’s informed consent.
