In this article, we will show you how to add the Nourish integration in Nobi.
5 minute task
What
The Nourish integration is a master data integration between Nourish and Nobi. Resident information is mapped from Nourish to Nobi, while Nobi sends fall escalations back to Nourish.
Escalations are only sent when a resident has been identified as involved in the escalation. Escalations in common areas, or escalations where no resident is specified, are not sent to Nourish.
Once the integration is active, resident information imported from Nourish cannot be edited manually in Nobi. These changes must be made in Nourish.
Why
Resident information is already maintained in Nourish. This integration keeps Nobi aligned with it, so your team maintains resident data once instead of in two places.
When a fall escalation is closed in Nobi, it is added to the resident's record in Nourish, so the event is documented without anyone entering it again.
Detailed steps
Follow the steps below to set up an integration with Nobi.
NOTE: a Nourish Superuser is required for configuration on Nourish.
- From the left menu, click Integrations.
- Click + Add in the top right corner.
- Select which system your care home would like to integrate. In this case, Nourish.
- You will see a field filled in with an Integration token. Nobi generates this for you automatically.
- Copy this token and click Save.
- This token will be used to map and synchronize Nourish and Nobi. Paste the token in Nourish for the Nobi extension in the Extensions page, of the Settings menu.
- Once pasted, press Synchronize on Nobi to map existing Nourish residents to Nobi.
You have now added the Nourish integration to Nobi.
